Blenheim Palace is a famous UNESCO World Heritage site, an exhibition space and a setting for many well known cinematic masterpieces. Not many people know that in the old days, Blenheim was a Royal Hunting Lodge for the Anglo-Saxon kings. Several years ago, it was found that some of the magnificent oak tress in Blenheim park are next to 1000 years old. Here are my visual notes from those excursions:
